there is no courtesy from the staff, staff are very unorganized, no one follow's any "queue" respect. restaurent food is just "Okay" not par with the price they charge. Overall an average experience, will go back to Trident hotel next time.

Great service. Arranged for airport transport when I called in.However, they didn't reply to my question through bookings website. I had to find a way to make international phone call to reach them.Airport transport service is great.There was buggie service to go to the convention center. Surprise bonus!

The airport transport cost 10x uber price...The corrodors smelled of horrible chemicals.

The property was prim and proper . The staff was really courteous and polite . It was a good dining experience considering my restricted diet .

Not clean , very old , rooms are small , the bathrooms are very old

Kind of very remote property. Not a lot of shops around. It is inside a large convention centre.

When a couple is staying in a room , please make sure 2 sets of cutlery, plates etc are kept in the room.Also the the hotel price is a bit high.

Property is good But more to improve

I stayed 3 nights … In the evening times the property is fully occupied with mosquitoes… like they are everywhere in the premises of the property… mosquito will deteriorate our health badly. But The measures taken by the management is not up to the mark as it is a star hotel…

The bathroom is very poorly designed. They only had a handheld shower in this bathroom. And it's so high up. I'm 5"2 and it was high for me to reach.The check-in process was quite tedious and time consuming. I obviously booked via booking.com and it should've been easy like all the other hotels I went to. The spa is not worth it. Go to Ode in GVK One or any of the Bodhi Wellness Centres.The ladies kept whispering amongst themselves the whole time. I now know their entire love story and who is having an affair with whom. Not professional at all and the massage itself wasn't great either. The breakfast was just disappointing. The sausages kept cooking in the heat and turned hard. The bacon and cheese omelette was pretty awful. The egg was overcooked and the chef used burnt bacon bits (because that's what happens when you leave bacon in an overheated container -not sure if they were chafing dishes or if they used a hot plate). Either way, no more Novotel for me.

SOMEONE ENTERED THE ROOM WITH A KEY AND MY PARTNER WAS FRIGHTENED AND HAD TO KEEP IT LOCKED EVERYTIME I LEFT THE ROOM

Good location. Good food. Miss Nitu Lakhmani in the restaurant was very helpful and courteous. As my wife, a Divyang person on wheelchair, Nitu ji took good care of her to serve the food.

Everything was good except the persons at reception. Very uncourteous. They never replied properly for any service required. During check in all the items from mini bar were removed but after check out they argued with me that I had consumed everything. After much argument they agreed that no items were there in the mini bar. Because of them all good gone to drain.

Wouldn't Recommend

I called room service multiple times during my stay—about four times in total—and each time, my call went unanswered. On one occasion, the operator assured me they would call me back, but I never received any follow-up. The room service is supposed to be available 24/7, but this clearly wasn’t the case. I ended up going to bed hungry, which was incredibly frustrating. When you're paying a premium for a stay, you expect better service and reliability. This experience was very disappointing.

Room and toilet was clean. Coffee was really good. Breakfast was amazing . Complementary water was best out of all.

Hustle on checking in and checking out early or late.The way to hotel was really bad and smells foul. Mosquitoes inside room really bad.

Room was clean and had set to a high standard.

Nice area for a morning walk. Resturaunt was also decent.
